This FAD.LY privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information you submit to us through FAD.LY. This includes "Personal Information", which is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, e-mail address, user ID number, and other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing, as well as "Anonymous Information", which is information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not permit the identification of individual persons.

  4. Mobile Location Information to help us offer you nearby things in real-time, if you have activated one of our mobile applications and permitted your mobile or other location-aware device to transmit location data.
How FAD.LY Collects Personal Information
  • We ask you for Personal Information (including Contact Information, Relationship Information, Transaction Information) when you register, create an account, make a purchase, populate your profile, or otherwise interact with the Site and Services or contact FAD.LY. Remember, you can always choose not to provide information required to make a purchase (especially those requesting your personal information or data). However, sometimes this will prevent you from completing the purchase.

How FAD.LY Uses Personal Information
FAD.LY uses Personal Information to:

  • Provide customers with enticing products/services, including products/services based on variables such as stated and anticipated customer interests, personal characteristics, or location;
  • Evaluate eligibility of customers for certain offers, products or services;

When and Why FAD.LY Discloses Personal Information

  • Affiliated companies (e.g., subsidiaries and other companies owned by or controlled by FAD.LY) who may only use the Personal Information for the purposes described in the "How FAD.LY Uses Personal Information" section above.
  • Our service providers that provide services for us. Our service providers are bound by law or contract to protect the Personal Information and are only allowed to use the Personal Information in accordance with the terms of our service agreements with them.
  • FAD.LY business partners or advertisers, as part of an activity that is provided by or in conjunction with FAD.LY and its business partners and in which you have elected to participate.

  • We may share the information in your FAD.LY account (including your Personal Information) with the Social Networking Sites that you have linked to your FAD.LY account. For instance, Users can post recent activity on our Site and Services back to their Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Accessing and Correcting Personal Information
  • Keeping Personal Information about you current helps ensure that we offer you the best experience through our Site and Services in collaboration with our business partners. You can do several things to help keep Personal Information about you current. What other information does FAD.LY Collect?
  • Usage data. We collect usage data about you whenever you interact with our Site and Services. This may include, not limited to, purchases, which webpages you visit, what you click on, when you performed those actions, and so on. Additionally, as with most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses.
  • Device data. We collect data from the device and application you use to access our Site and Services, such as your IP address and browser type. We may also infer your geographic location based on your IP address. Your IP address will be linked to your purchases.
